Company and Store Policies

 

LARGE ORDERS (more than 2 items)

 

We require a 50% deposit down on large orders. This allows us to secure a place for you on our schedule of work, and to guarantee you a specific "due date." This deposit is 50% of the total invoice for your order, and is non-refundable.

Balance for your order is due 1 week prior to us shipping or delivering the order to you. You have 72 hours from the day we notify you of the completion to make payment. After that time, your items will be listed for sale in our shops, and you will be banned from placing an order for 1 month.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

We require a 50% deposit down on all custom orders. This secures your order position on our schedule of work, allows us to guarantee you a specific "due date", and allows us to purchase your specific yarn colors and other embellishments. This deposit is 50% of the total invoice for your order, and is non-refundable.

You will be sent an invoice requiring signature and return to us. When we receive the signed invoice back from you, your order is considered placed. We will not start work until your deposit is paid.

All custom orders are FINAL and as these items may not be something the average customer will want, we most likely will not be able to re-list these items.

Balance for your order comes due 2 Weeks prior to us shipping or delivering the order to you. You will have 72 hours from the day we notify you that the order is complete, to submit payment. After that, if they can be sold, your items will be listed for sale. If the items have initials or names on them, they will not be able to be listed, and we will have to send your invoice to collections.

Should we be forced to take the steps of sending your order to collections, you will be responsible for the additional fees we will accrue. Further, you will be banned from placing another order with us, for life.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

If your items arrived damaged we will try to repair the item.

If you misjudged the needed size, we will try to work with you if possible but additional charges may occur depending on the amount of work required to correct your error.

 

SHIPPING

 

Once items are shipped via USPS, we lose control of the time limit in which you receive your items. If you would prefer a faster shipping method, please let us know. Most packages go out regular first class. We can ship Priority or Express, or via UPS if you would prefer, but those will cost additional on your bill.  Insurance on the package will cost you additional as well.
